Our Return Policy

We strive to make sure that our customers recieve the best quality backgrounds at the most competetive prices available in the industry today. However if you need to return any of our products for any reason please do so within 30 days from the date you recieve your order. Just call customer support toll free at 1 800 315-0203 and request a return authorization number. Upon reciept of the product with no visible signs of usage or damage by customer, a refund will be credited in the manner in which it was purchased. We can not refund shipping and handling charges.

We are happy to do custom backgrounds. All the artists are experts in the industry and look forward to unique challenges. However, due to the "one of a kind" nature of custom orders we cannot give refunds. We will make minor corrections the first time free of charge. All others are done for a nominal fee. Customer pays all shipping and handling.
